  I have been locked out of my admin panel. I am being asked for a verification code, but none of the codes being populated in the authenticator app are being accepted, and neither are any of the backup codes I have.

  I have gone into google and turned off 2 step authentication, but am still being asked for a verification code. I have clicked the option for the code to be sent to my phone – but nothing is coming through. I tested this through google, and the test worked fine (code came through to phone). It is only through wordpress that it is not working.

  I had to create a new account to logon for support, because I needed an authentication code for that as well. The site from which I am locked out of is http://www.wholefoodbellies.com

  The site you are having issues with (http://www.wholefoodbellies.com/) is a WordPress.org self-hosted site. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. The correct forum for WordPress.org self-hosted sites is http://wordpress.org/support. You will need to go there and create a separate account for the support forums there.

  Hi, thanks for your reply. I am now trying to sort the site (wholefoodbellies.com) stuff out through wordpress.org.

  However, I still cannot access my wordpress.com account due to the issues above – verification code not being sent, two step verification turned off etc

  For the authentication issue, I have tagged this thread so that it can be addressed by a staff member. Please make sure you are subscribed to this thread so that you know when the staff member responds. You can subscribe by clicking the “Subscribe to Topic” link on the right. Please also post your WordPress.com username that you cannot login with.

  Hi @eatingcali, to clarify, which WordPress.com account are you trying to access? I’m assuming it’s not the one you’re using to write here (since you’re currently logged in).
