Verification code issues

    I am trying to change my password as I can’t recall my old one and I need to log in on a different machine. I get stuck because when I try to change it, I am asked for a verification code, but unlike other times, it does not give me the option to ask for it via SMS. I don’t know how or where else I would get the code… Thanks for your help.
