  I’m not receiving my verification email message at my email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Does someone else have the same email?
  I can’t customize my blog until I verify.

  Make sure you look in your email client spam filter please. And also see here if you use gmail https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  I have nothing in my spam or my junk folder. And I do not have gmail. My email is a comcast.
