verification email is not being sent

  I have tried several times to send a verification email and have tried two different addresses but I am not getting the verification email. what can I do?

  Hey there! I can see our system is sending the activation links, but perhaps your mail provider is blocking them?

  You have a few options:

  – Contact IT for your mail provider to see if they’ll unblock our emails

  or

  – Use a different email address not associated with that provider. You should just be able to update the email address here, then confirm with the link you get in the new inbox:
