Verification Email Not Sent

  I use Gmail–have searched all the tabs and spam folder for my verification email and still have not received it. Is there any way to fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  First, log out of WordPress.com. Then, visit this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  … and enter your email address in the box under “Trouble Activating?” Click the “Resend Activation Email” button and check your email account for the verification email.

  Thanks for your help micawbr! I forgot to mention that I have tried resending it to my email, and that does not work either.

  Did you check your email client spam filter? Are you using Gmail? https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
  Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it.
