Verification of email failure

    I registered and paid for this web site at the beginning of Nov last year and have been unable to verify my email after several attempts. I also sent a request to you at least twice asking for assistance to get this resolved, and no response was ever acknowledged of my requests. I am making one final request for assistance in getting this situation resolved, otherwise I must demand that I be reimbursed the charges for this web site be refunded to my bank account so I can seek another company who will be more responsive in me getting a web site started.
