Verification sms not received no back up codes?

  Hi,

  I’ve got another account on which I was logged in perfectly fine yesterday. Apparently my session had expired, cause today I wasn’t logged in. Now I’ve tried to login with that particular account and it’s not working. I’ve got 2-step-authentication but I’m not receiving the SMS, while the last 4 digit of the phonenumber are correct. Although I’ve repeatedly asked the system to send me a recovery SMS none of them arrive. It does say:
  Recovery code has been sent.
  But actually nothing is arriving.

  I’ve made this account just to ask this question, cause….. I can’t ask it on the forums with the other account.

  One of the sites on my other account is:

  I’ve got a few more, which I haven’t used much, but this one is one I’d like to update again. As you can see here (https://lotroadventures.wordpress.com/2013/09/13/epic-story-in-helms-deep-is-paid/) I (Chocoholic) have very recently commented on a comment a visitor made on my journal, so it’s not like I haven’t been active for a very long time.

  How the heck can I get back access to my journal? If needed, please call me on my cellphone to verify I’m indeed the one having troubles with getting back into my account. My mobile number should be listed somewhere in WP administration, I assume, since it’s used for the authentification…..
  I do live in the Netherlands, so please keep in mind the time difference if you call. I’m 6 – 9 hours ahead of you guys.

  I’d really like to get back, especially since I’ve got upgrades running there.

  I will tag this for staff attention. Please subscribe to this thread so you will know when they assist you.

  Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they will take care of you as soon as they are able.

  Here from my other account. It seems the problem has been solved. I’ve just tried to login again and now I received my verification code immediately. Thanks for the help!
