  Howdy, I was under the impression Verified by Visa was a cardholder-side feature that you can choose to enable on your card. Are you running into issues purchasing an upgrade on WordPress.com? If you can let us know a few details we might be able to help out with more specifics.

  I have never purchased an upgrade on WordPress.com.

  In the furture, I will purchase an upgrade on WordPress.com.

  I concerned about the disclosure of my credit card information when puchasing upgrade
  on WordPress.com

  so, I asked question about Verified by VISA.

  Your credit card information is safe and secure if you purchase an upgrade on WordPress.com. Everything is secured and any information transmitted is over a secure connection. While we don’t offer a Verified by VISA option the purchase information is totally secure.
