Verified Google Business Profile Shows Website but Not Phone Number

I have a verified Google Business Profile for Sparsh Body Spa. My website (https://www.sparshbodyspa.com/) shows correctly on the listing, but my phone number is not appearing. The number is correct, matches the one on my website, and I’ve followed all of Google’s guidelines for listing information. Despite this, it still isn’t live on my profile.
Is there a hidden approval step for phone numbers that I might be missing? Has anyone faced a similar issue and managed to make their business number show publicly? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
