Verified My Email but Domain Didn’t Connect

  Yesterday I created alextroutner.com and then verified my email shortly thereafter. However, after logging in with the same email and trying to access the site, I got told that my website is mapped to another WordPress account. And the email I verified claims to not be connected to any domains at all.

  I’m completely unable to access or edit my website by logging in with the same email address that I used to verify my domain purchase.

  The account recovery page refuses to submit my request because it says that I should be able to log in and access the website. But logging in says that alextroutner.com is mapped to another account.

  I’m stuck in a limbo of not being able to access my website or use the support options that are in place. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

  alextroutner.com is not currently under the account you are contacting us from (alexandertroutner), but rather under the account coachtrouty. You would need to log out of this account and log into coachtrouty in order to access the domain.
  
  What is the email address that you are using to log in? I want to verify that it is the same as the email connected to coachtrouty, as I am presuming that you are instead using the email connected to alexandertroutner. Your email will be redacted from the forums, and only staff will be able to view it.
