Verify domain details?

Hi there,
I recently switched my domain over to HostPapa and installed WordPress there. I’m not sure how this works…Wordpress.com is still showing http://tarynwrites.com in my dashboard but does that mean the domain exists on both the .org and .com versions of WordPress? Sorry, I am new to all this.
I also received an email asking me to visit WordPress.com and view and verify my domain details. I’m not sure where to access this in my account. If anyone could help me out, that would be great.

Hi there, I looked at your domain name, tarynwrites.com, and it is pointing at HostPapa and when I visit the link, I see a Sorry, we’re doing some work on the site message, so all appears to be well.
I’m not sure when you switched the nameservers over to point to HostPapa, but when you do that, it can take up to 24 hours for that change to propagate around the internet to all the nameserver in the world, so that may have been what was happening.

To verify your domain details, go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, click on the right angle bracket for the domain you wish to check, and then click on Domain Settings.

Hi again,
As it turns out, my domain transfer failed when I initiated it a few days ago and it was only just re-initiated this morning. So I am assuming that should take care of any issues once the transfer is complete. Thanks again for your help.

Hi there,
I can confirm the domain is now showing as pending transfer on our end, so it should be moved to your new provider within a few days. When that happens, the upgrade on our end will automatically be removed, so you don’t have to do anything else on this side.
