Verify my wordpress site using google webmaster (inserting meta tag in header)

  Hello,

  I would lie to insert a meta tag in my Twenty Ten themed wordpress site (http://drfionamcandrew.wordpress.com/) so it can be verified by google webmaster

  Instruction video as follows: http://www.expand2web.com/blog/verify-wordpress-website-google-webmaster-tools/

  The video states you select ‘Appearances’ then ‘Editor’ in order to edit the ‘Header’ which is where the meta tag would be pasted.

  Unfortunately, I can not find this in my Dashboard. Why is this? How can I go about gaining access the the Edit feature for the Header?
