According to staff, it’s possible a bug is preventing the email being sent to you because your account was created several months ago, but not yet activated. I’ve tagged this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.

Hello onceuponarch!
I’ve manually verified your account, let me know if you’re still seeing the “verify email” warning.
I was checking your account and found you have registered “onceuponarch.wordpress.com”, there is where you bought the Zuki theme, but the domain was bought with another user account… Is it another account that you own?

Since your other post was in Portuguese, I would like to suggest our Portuguese support channels:

Hello!
Yes i bought onceuponarch.com and i thought that i was in the same account.
i dont see the warning anymore but i still want to match the onceuponarch.com, that i bought for a year with the onceuponarch.wordpress.com
Thanks

Good to hear that you’re not seeing the warning anymore.
To transfer that domain to your account you need to log in on WordPress.com with that account (not onceuponarch) and request to transfer on the link below:

onceuponarch, actually they are not. On your account you have the WordPress.com site “onceuponarch.wordpress.com” and the Premium theme Zuki. The custom domain “onceuponarch.com” was registered with another account.

onceuponarch, I’m going to send an email to the address associated with this WordPress.com account, then we can proceed with this situation. Please post here if you don’t receive it.
