I got an email verification for my domain but when I hit the button it says ‘Uh oh’ then when I tried to have it resent it said to contact support.

Hi there – That could be because you are signed in to a WordPress.com account which is not recognized as the owner of that site and domain.
If you have more than one WordPress.com account, make sure you are signed in to the correct account when you click on the button in the email.
If you are not sure what the other account might be, pass us the domain that needs to be renewed and we’ll see what we can do to help. :)

They linked the accounts. I also own dmrasey.com as well. when it asked me yesterday if I wanted to link my I clicked yes.

Hey guys, I’m at the end of my rope. I can’t navigate the site. My emails and accounts are now linked because WordPress asks me through a prompt. I have sent you guys, emails, and proof of purchase and I am still on day 3 with no site and a web designer who has another client waiting for him. What am I suppose to do? my dmrasey.com account is now linked to my new domain. I mean come on this is nuts!

What is the domain you’re trying to verify?
I’m not sure what you mean by “they linked the accounts”. There is no way to link two WordPress.com accounts, and only the specific account that owns a domain can ever make any changes to it.
Just to clarify, “account” refers to the username you use to log into WordPress.com. In your account you can have multiple sites, and you can add multiple domains to any specific site.
Multiple accounts can have access to the same site, but only the account that created the site owns it, and only the account that buys an upgrade on a site owns that particular upgrade.
You are logged in as the WordPress.com username,
dmrasey67. This account does not own any sites, nor is it a user on any sites on WordPress.com. This account also doesn’t own any domains with us.The domain, dmrasey.com, is registered with us, but belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account. That domain has also been verified since its registration in 2016, so it doesn’t sound like that’s the domain you’re speaking of here.

I don’t see any account recovery requests submitted by the account you’re using to post here, nor do I see any submitted by the account that owns the dmrasey.com domain. Without knowing what domain/account you’re trying to access, there’s no way for me to find that request in our system so I can follow up on it.
Please provide the domain you’re trying to verify, and the email address from which you submitted an account recovery request, and I can try to help move things along for you.

No dmrasey.com is linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff). (email visible only to moderators and staff) is what’s linked to the domain I bought which is kandmliterarymangement.com and according to the verification email I got (email visible only to moderators and staff) is connected to that domain. And I cant show you guys the emails because there is no support or way to show you. I have sent you a proof of payment for the domain and the upgrade and it takes me hours to get a reply.

Not to mention I CANNOT sign out of my dmrasey.com now and when I click on my profile icon it goes back to dmrasey.com

Log out of this dmrasey67 account and log back in with the correct username mattrasey and correct password to reach that particular domain/site.

Oh now I see you’re looking for kandmliterarymanagement.com Is that under a third account? If you definitely know the email associated with it you should easily reach it once you’re fully logged out of this incorrect account.

Yeah, that’s what’d you think. But I have logged out of dmrasey.com and logged in on matt rasey and I only see dmrasey.com nothing regarding my new domain and when I click on that nothing happens. And yes, kandmliterarymanagement.com is a third account.

Then use the account recovery form if you don’t know what username or password you created for it. I find owning just one account is ample for my needs.
