Verifying blog ownership for Bing

  This may be a stupid question but Im new at this. Im trying to verify the ownership of my site for Bing so my blog can be included in their search engine. The Bing webmaster gives you three options. All of them confuse me. The easiest seems to be downloading a file and then uploading it to your page. I just don’t understand where Im supposed to upload this file? As a post? The link sends me to a search screen within my own site.
