Verifying contact details

    Hello,
    My colleague has set up a site – with my email address attached. She has received an email asking her to verify her contact details (which were used to pay for the site). She cannot do so and is receiving an automated message to say that this is because her email address is not associated with the site. The message also says that the domain will stop working unless her email is verified. It’s a bit confusing – obviously we don’t want to lose access to the site and we both need to be able to use it. Thanks.
