Verifying domain

  Under WordPress instructions, I’m trying to verify domain name and when I get to add domain – it shows this ‘You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time” I am hosted by WordPress – so why won’t it let me do it ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Tina,

  Assuming you were referring tickettina.co.uk domain, your site currently uses self-hosted WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com. You can refer to this page to learn more about differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  Hi Rutomo
  Thank you for your reply. I set myself up with iPage , then that allowed me to use WordPress. iPage said they were the host of my domain. So do I put my details that Google have given me on WordPress admin or iPage admin ?
  I’m very confused !!!
