Verifying my blog

  A description does not appear in Google when I type my blog’s address and it says it’s because an error with robots.txt file. I can’t happen to change that because my blog isn’t veryfied, but when I try to verity it I can’t reach the DNS option in ‘my domains’. How can I verify my blog?
