Verifying my WordPress account with google Brand page

Am trying to connect my wordpress blog with my Google Brand Page: I am told to download this https://www.google.com/webmasters/verification/verification-file-dl?hl=en&authuser=1&siteUrl=http://kjensifymehealthy.wordpres.com/&security_token=Lomw14xeXgt76s6YNjA_LR4b31M:1479862076240. Then upload to my wordpress account. but i can not see where I am supposed to upload this to: here is my google brand page id: [google9b11ae018a58c88e.html]. How do I complete the steps:

2. Upload the file to http://kjensifymehealthy.wordpres.com/
3. Confirm successful upload by visiting http://kjensifymehealthy.wordpres.com/google9b11ae018a58c88e.html in your browser.
4. Click Verify below.
To stay verified, don’t remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com does not allow you to upload any HTML files, but we offer another way to verify your account.
This page, specifically the Google Search Console section, will outline how to do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
This page also shows you how to verify your site with a few other online services, if you are interested.

Thank you. but cannot connect them both. Guess will need to wait until my Google brand page is verified by google. Another question, can I link the 2 accounts with using a free wordpress or do I have to purchase a plan. Am going to do so in January, but can't afford to until then.

I’m not sure exactly how the Google brand page works. What kind of error are you receiving when it won’t connect?
Can I link the 2 accounts with using a free wordpress or do I have to purchase a plan.
Do you mean you have two separate WordPress.com sites that you’d like to verify? If so, you would create the process for two separate websites.
I’m going to tag this as modlook for a staff member to take a look, as I’m not sure what the limits are between Google and WordPress.com

It seems you are trying to do two different things at the same time:
1. Verify your site with Google Search Console.
2. Connect your G+ Brand Page with your WordPress.com site.The first can be done via your site settings screen. You won’t be able to add that HTML code to your site, though. You need to follow this guide:

Select the Alternate Methods and html tag. Grab the code it generates and paste it inside the Google field at this page below:
https://wordpress.com/settings/seo
Save your changes and go back to Google Search Console and click on Verify button.The second can be done via the Sharing screen of your site’s panel:
