Verse picking for scripture

    We have a WordPress.com account however we would like to be able to use an addin such as verse picker or reftagger, but seems this requires a .org account instead. Can we convert to a .org account, will all out posts be carried across, are there any disadvantages?
    If this is a normal transfer could you please give us full instructions, any cost involved, and if we can use the nominated ( or similar) adding.
