VERTIGO site not full active

  Hi. I downloaded the site Vertigo by Matthew Buchanan. I realize now, however,
  that many of the features, such as the frames in the video, chat, and other icons are not \”active\”. How should I do to have the site as in the Preview:

  Matthew Buchanan responded that he is not to take care of the support and he does not know how to do. Who should I contact??

  Hi there. If your site is hosted on WordPress.com, and you purchased the Vertigo theme, you can ask questions in the appropriate Premium theme forum here:

  http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/

  Volunteers in this forum do not have access to premium themes and aren’t able to help you out with it.

  Where did you download your version? You can download the latest version here:
  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/vertigo/

  Look for the download link under Stats & Info in the sidebar.

  It sounds like you are using Vertigo on a self-hosted site. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
