Very confused about charges

  Ok so I posted yesterday about refunds and I see in my billing history that my original amount is listed as refunded and I realize that may take a few days to hit my bank account. My question is my bank account now shows 2 purchases from wordpress. One is listed as wordpress TLZFMEZ for $35.88 and the other is simply wordpress TLZF for $30. I’m very confused why I got charged twice. and I am confused why my refund shows $5.88 and then another refund for $30.00? Will all this clear itself up?

  Hi there,

  Please don’t start a new thread if you already have an open thread on a topic where a staff member has already replied to you.

  There is one charge on your account for the Personal Plan for $35.88. When you cancelled the plan you were refunded $5.88 as the domain was not refunded automatically. My colleague refunded the domain as well yesterday via this thread:

  The TLZFMEZ and TLZF text is something your bank added to the statement, so please contact them for clarity on what those descriptors mean, and why they’re showing two separate entries for the purchase.
