Very confused about my account

I am trying to sign up with WordPress to create a new website called villanuevafields.com, through Bluehost. But WordPress is saying I am in charge of two websites I don’t want; one of them has nothing to do with me at all. Should I delete my account, and somehow try to start over?

Your site villanuevafields.com is registered with Bluehost and is still pointed to them. There seems no connection between WordPress.com and villanuevafields.com at this point.
It appears to me that you site villanuevafields.com is using the open source WordPress.org software. There are two types of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can learn more about the difference between the two in the link below:
For sites using the WordPress.org software, support is best received from your host or the community of volunteers at https://wordpress.org/support/.

As explained above you are just logged in to the wrong place. You already have this WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in to where you created the free site https://kwbueler.wordpress.com/ many years ago.
BlueHost and WordPress.com are two completely different places. -
