    I WANT A REFUND, NOT HAPPY. JUST MADE THE SITE TODAY AND THE CANCELLATION PROCESS DOES NOT SHOW A REFUND….

    Hey there @careyelectricalservice, sorry to hear it! Is there anything we can do to help you get on track again? It looks like you’ve had some trouble with theme selection. If you want to let us know what you have in mind for the site, we can help you get that sorted. We even have a service that can build the site for you if you want a running start. Or you should be able to cancel here if you’d like; you’re well within your refund period.

    Regarding the domain name: if you cancel that right now, you will get a refund, but it’ll be held for a few days before it’s released. If you want to use it again right away with another service, keep the domain (you’ll pay $12 for the registration, since it was free with your plan) and we can help you point it to another service as needed.
