VERY IMPORTATION Tried to update website, fatal error, webpage won't load

When I click on my website (www.charlottedart.co.uk) it comes up with this error message.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare update_page_cache() (previously declared in /home/a2281785/public_html/wp-includes/post.php:4370) in /home/a2281785/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 3139
I think this occurred because I was updating wordpress.
I can’t log into wordpress.org. It says my email address doesnt exist?PLEASE HELP. What do I do to get website working agrain VERY IMPORTANT
