Very Lost

    Hi WordPress,

    I have a paid WooCommerce plan (not Express, the plugin / ecom stuff)..

    I recently changed my domain from [original-domain].com to [new domain] in the wp-admin dashboard and then the site stopped working.

    I found out that in order to change domains, you need a paid WordPress plan so I paid for a WordPress plan.

    However, nothing seems to be as it was as I have 2 sites now and the original site is not loading.

    What do I do?

    I do not see any WooCommerce upgrades under your @otodiakonidze WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
    I do see that you have purchased (today) the Personal Plan for WordPress.com, but the domain homierlo.com is already connected to a WooCommerce account on another login, and not your @otodiakonidze login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your WooCommerce purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. The transaction ID for the WordPress.com Personal Plan will not suffice, so it must be the transaction info for your WooCommerce purchase.
