Very odd statistics blip

  I’ve got a funny stats blip on my blog:

  The post (a review of the Nokia e71) started as normal – a few days of high stats then a tailoff to a background level.
  Up until July 25, when it jumped from 20-odd people a day to 350-odd. And it stayed around that level, slowly climbing to a high of 650-odd people on October 1, when it fell off to nothing ( <10 people per day ).

  The thing is, the main stats graph shows that the traffic on the blog is back to about normal and the search engine stats show that roughly the same number of people are hitting that page from google every day, but the stats graph just looks hinky.

  Any ideas what’s going on here?
