Very Poor Customer Support!

The deliberate lack of direct access to customer support is very poor. I paid for a plugin. There was absolutely no problem taking my money! The plugin does not appear to be working. I cannot reach anyone or communicate in any way with WooCommerce to try and find a solution. I am thinking that I made a very poor choice for hosting this Web portal!
