Very slow page loads

    For about three days, some WP pages have been taking 15-20 seconds to load and most of the time s0.wp.com, s1.wp.com and c.go-mpulse.net are where they hang.

    It can happen when I click a new blog link, refresh my own page, or click elsewhere, like on Drudge, and find sites like CBSlocalphilly hanging on s1.wp.com.

    All the pages load eventually, but it’s a maddening problem. Everything else is loading lickety-split for me, so it’s not a general problem with my provider, etc.

    I’m using updated Firefox with no add-ons. Just thought it was worth a mention.

    Hi, TT! As a matter of fact, I’m not. I think it was yesterday, or maybe the day before, when things just magically cleared up. I forgot to come back and mark this resolved – I suppose because I’d put it on the list of things not to worry about.

    Thanks for the reminder and the bump – I certainly hope you’re not having such problems!
