Very urgent: desconfiguration of my theme

  Hi, my blog has been desconfiguaated tonight and now I try to save all the changes now but it doesn´t apply them!! Please help me!!
  I have problem with the menu and the header!.
  The menu I want to apply is Menu 1 and the header the last I had saved.
