  • Hi there,

I see you’re trying to embed the Recipe Analyzer form from Very Well onto your WordPress.com site. However, I must inform you that the ability to embed external code like this is a feature that’s available only on our Business plan or higher. The reason for this is that the Business plan allows for more extensive customization options, including the ability to embed third-party code. You can learn more about the specifics of what each plan allows on our support page about code.

If you’re considering an upgrade, the Business plan doesn’t only allow for the embedding of forms like the one you’re working on, but it also opens up a whole suite of advanced features for your site. These include SEO tools to increase your site’s visibility on search engines, the ability to upload custom themes, and access to Google Analytics for a comprehensive understanding of your site’s performance. Plus, you get direct, 24/7 live chat support with our support team.

Upgrading to the Business plan would not only solve your current issue, but it would also equip you with a powerful toolset to enhance your site even further. If you’re interested, you can quickly upgrade below.

If you have any more questions or need help with the upgrade process, feel free to ask. I’m here to help you.

What are the terms of the updgrade? 38% $300. Can it be month to month? What happens to recipes once upgraded and what happens if plan is stopped? Is it easy to opt out and come back in? Some months I am not very active on WordPress.

We offer monthly, yearly, bi-yearly and tri-yearly billing on our plans. In the dashboard under Upgrades > Plans, there are tabs top center to select between Monthly and Yearly. Monthly is $40 per month ($480 per year equivalent) and the yearly plan is $300 per year. The bi-yearly and tri-yearly plans work out of much less expensive overall, so that would be an option as well. More expense up front, but less expense over the term, and you would not have to worry about upgrades for two or three years.

If you wish to start with monthly, and then decide you want to switch to a different billing cycle, just let us know and we are happy to help with that.
