We can make theme requests in this Themes Forum. Not to worry as Staff will reply to you in this thread and indicate if they will consider the theme adaptation and inclusion in the available WordPress.com themes.From the sticky post at the head of this forum:

Thanks for the info. I hope they add it because it is a clean, orange based theme that has great readability. Will be watching for any updates…thanks!

If all you want is a 2 column theme with an orange colored header image then there are many 2 column themes here that allow for custom header custom header images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

<whine>But I want tttthhhhaaaaaaat theme</whine> Lol. I didn’t really think of that, but guess I can do that. But I do like all the choices (color, fonts, layout, etc…) of the one I am requesting. I will check out some of those two column layouts – thanks for thinking outside the box!
