Vetro Subscribe Button

    Hi, I am having difficulty getting the “Subscribe” block to show up on my wordpress site. Right now, I am using the Vetro theme in black and grey, and when I add a Subscribe block, the “Subscribe” button is hidden until mouseover. I have tried searching the internet for help with the CSS, but am not sure how to fix. Is there custom CSS or a way to edit the button so that it doesn’t require a mouseover to be visible?
