All support docs are at http://support.wordpress.com
All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. If you need more space you can purchase the Premium plan which will give you an additional 10 gigabytes of storage space, and allow you to upload audio files. The Business plan includes infinite storage.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/There are no bandwidth limits.
The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/Video shortcodes are here http://en.support.wordpress.com/shortcodes/#video

You do not need ANY upgrade at all to embed that video.

Hi @pinchepansona, it looks like you’ve sorted this out — I can see the Nine to Five video in your post. Did you still need help?
Also, I can see you don’t have Premium, but you don’t need it to link from Youtube.
