  I took some video on my digital camera….but when I try to upload it it keeps saying file does not meet security guidelines….Is it because it is not in a format thatWordpress allows? How do I or can I change the format of the video?

  Same here, I dont know what program we can use to change the format of the videos in order to be allowed on WP.

  You cannot upload video to WP.com unless you have the paid space upgrade. Do you? Otherwise, you have to upload it to one of the approved platforms like Youtube (they’re in the FAQ) and then post to the blog,
