Video ads autoplaying!

  Dear god in the name of all that is holy, please help me stop this. I have several tabs open and am paying attention to a podcast when suddenly I hear this weird disembodied voice nattering on about some quack therapy…I check all my tabs and it seems the video ad on my blog has decided to play itself. Several times. How do I opt the HELL out of this?
