  If I create a website in wordpress, can I incorporate video player and audio player for video and podcasting?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, but you will require an upgrade.

  We embed videos into pages and posts. The video embeds in posts and pages that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.

  Note to post your own videos requires a videopress upgrade unless they are on youtube or another source site that is supported and the videopress support doc location is https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ As a workaround, keep in mind that you can also upload your media to another service like youtube videos and insert it into your posts from there.
