Video appears on Page but not Post

Hi. I have successfully loaded a video on a page on my website. I wanted to load the same video on a post (because some smartphones cannot see the pages tabs at the top of WordPress.com websites. I copied the link from the Page to the Post however the video does not appear in the Post when i view my website. I then uploaded the video separately to the Post and similarly, when i view the Post page, the video does not appear. Interestingly, when i click the tab on the edit page entitled “view post” the video appears (however it appears to be in a collection of articles, much like the Archives, yet not the Archives…I can’t figure out where the “view” comes from that i see when i hit the “view post” button in the edit function.) So why doesn’t my video show up on the Post on the real view of the website? Thanks for you help.

Which video and which post? You shouldn’t expect us to search all your posts, and we certainly cannot tell a post that doesn’t display a video from any other post that isn’t supposed to have a video.

I took the post off because it didn’t work-no video appeared. I have the video on a page (marked video) and i didn’t want to confuse people that were searching for the video and gave up when they clicked on the post and no video appeared.

If this is the Page you are referring to http://thevirginprofessional.com/virgin-video/ then I am using Firefox 3.6.13 and I can see and play the wordpressTV video in it with no problem. If you cannot see it then it’s likely that you have a browser issue, a Flash issue, ot an issue with how you connect to the Interent and to wordpress.com.
Which browser and version of it are you using please?
- You could have a browser issue so try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.
- Note that when you make adjustments to your browser settings — changing privacy settings, deleting cookies or increasing security — you will need to close your window and restart the browser before those new settings become effective.

- If it’s not up to date then this is where to download and install the latest version of flash.
The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. There may be problems with your web host. Check for known issues with your ISP and/or with your web host. How are you connecting please?
