Video background not showing on website view

  I am using the Inspiro theme with Elementor. I am wanting to have a video background for my hero landing page. When I edited this page from the WordPress Dashboard, the video plays in the background as I would like. However, when I go to view the page, the video is not there. I cannot figure out a way to change the default background photo to my desired video. Help!
