Video block – need to click twice to play video

Hello,
I added a video block and on Chrome, when you click PLAY for the very first time, you see a black screen. You need to click play a second time to actually play the video.
I ruled out the browser issue, cleared the cache, updated the browser, also I can play other videos using the video block from other websites.
According to some threads on the web, this might be due to an issue with a plugin or compatibility. I’m not quite sure, but I’d like some advice to fix this if possible.

I checked the link you shared, and it is working fine on my browser. The video is playing in the first click itself. This could be a browser issue, you can try this on another browser or on another machine and see if that works.

I checked your post in Chrome on my end, and the video plays for me first time. This is using Chrome 95.0.4638.69. It also works fine in Firefox 94.0.1
This very unlikely to be an issue with another plugin on your site – a plugin conflict on the site itself would cause issues in any browser, on any computer.
But it could be an issue with a plugin/add-on you have installed in Chrome. Disable all your browser add-ons, or view your site in an incognito window. If the video works normally then, it confirms a browser add-on is the cause here. So in that case, re-enable them one at a time until the issue returns to narrow down which one is the culprit.
