Video box shape is too high

    Hi there,
    I have video blog, and have been embedding videos for years without any problem, but somehow recently something has changed. Some of the video boxes embedded from youtube appear too high – not in their original proportion.
    Other videos suddenly appear with a lot of space before and after the video.
    How do I fix this? Is there any workaround, or is changing a theme the only option? Why did this happen? Things worked great for years, so what changed?

    I should note the theme I’m having trouble with is Dara. Hope that helps
