Video Chat plugin

Hello: I’ve been looking around as i need to find a plugin/application that will allow me to do video chats with people through my blog. The issue is that these people won’t necessarily be my friends, meaning that i will likely only talk with each person only once. I don’t want to make the user download software and am hoping that it can all be hosted through my site. Btw…this is a new site that i am building. Given that it has commercial applications the content will be managed through wordpress.org but thought i’d ask question here since i’m not there yet. To summarize: i need clients to be able to see me on my website w/o them having to download software. Thanks a bunch!

We cannot help you with a WordPress.org blog, except to say this is not hard at all in WP.org and impossible at WP.com.
