Would really appreciate speaking to someone on the phone to discuss the right website I am looking for as I have one on Godaddy but I need to use video footage as my heading so will also need to find the right template. How can I contact Word Press direct??

WordPress.com does not provide phone support. Paid plan users get access to live chat and private email support whereas free plan users post questions on this forum to get help.
You mentioned a site on GoDaddy. Do you intend to host another site on WordPress.com?
For sites on WordPress.com, you can use the keyword video to filter the themes that support videos as a header.
