Video does not upload

  I paid for the upgraded service just so I could upload videos. Yet, i am unable to directly upload my videos. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  Could you please tell me what happens when you attempt to upload your videos? Are you given an error message?

  Please try to sign into your WordPress.com account on another browser such as Chrome or Firefox, and attempt your upload. Let me know if you have different results at all.

  Hi Robyn,
  I go to upload file, select the video, hit done, then nothing. No error msg, nothing. I can upload my pics but not the videos.

  Hey there!

  Does the same thing happen when you try the upload in Chrome?

  Also, are you using the new editor to upload your video? Or are you using your Dashboard to add new Media?

  As an experiment, I’ve added the VideoPress upgrade, even though you should have access to that feature with your Premium upgrade. I do want to test to see if this makes a difference in Safari and Chrome, however.

  Hi Robyn
  Ok, I tried in chrome and there was no difference. I do not use the dashboard, but go straight to media, selct upload from files, then to media library, select videos, select the video I want, hit done, then nothing. It does not upload. :(

  Hi Robyn,
  Ok, i got the video to work. Just don’t know what I did. HA! But, i did go to the dashboard and worked it from there. Will let you know if I need help in doing it again, on purpose.

  My wife created a blog (sig-ana.com) but it shows as
  Sig-anadotcom.com. How can she get rid of the ‘dotcom’ portion?Sent from my iPad

  I wanted to follow up with you. First, to say…YAY! Glad you were able to mysteriously get your videos uploaded! I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth.

  Regarding your wife’s blog:

  I see a WordPress.com site called siganadotcom.wordpress.com with the custom domain name: sig-ana.com.

  She can change the name of the blog, although it’s unnecessary, as her visitors will only see sig-ana.com. She’s the only person who will be aware of the WordPress.com name.

  And, here is information about how to change a blog address, if she really wants to take that action:
