Video doesn’t appear in email

At https://ronafischman.com/resolving-conflict-cats-dogs/, we’ve put up a post that contains an embedded Facebook video. It opens without a hitch on the blog; however, when the post is automatically emailed to subscribers, the video is not there. How do we fix this so the video appears in the email?

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
