video doesn't start

  hello,
  here’s my problem,
  I add a video (wmv) to the medias, and then I insert the video to a page on the blog, BUT when clicked to start it doesn’t start and remain black.
  Anyone knows why?

  the blog is http://www.radiotab.it.
  It is, mainly, about audio podcast, but i’d like to insert a video in the page “who we are”, which is in homepage (in italian: “chi siamo”).
  if you click on “chi siamo” you’ll see a video who doesn’t start
