  I hope you had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. My clients are considering purchasing the Premium Plan with WordPress but want to make sure that the videos that they are in the process of producing are going to be compatible with the platform. They are still 2-3 months away from being fully ready to create their site, but just want to make sure videos are compatible with the software. Are there specific guidelines for videos or if there is a way I could see if the videos are compatible with your software before purchasing? Have a great rest of your day.

  Hi Madi,

  Can you expand a bit on what you mean by compatible?

  You can upload videos directly to a WordPress.com site on our Pro Plan (we no longer offer the Premium Plan), and as long as the video is in a file format we support, and falls within our filesize limits, you should be able to upload it.
