Video formats a wide range for free is it possible or not wothout buying space

Dear “open” service. A blog on educational issues witht babies I do not want to go through publishing on youtube or the sort to protect this babies literature imagery and all, and at the same time I want to share it on the blog, no way, to pay a hundred bucks for that!. Is there a way on the blog to accept the video formats without becoming a buying space thing, for free? They are 1minute and a half , 2 minute edited sequences, less than a mega, 914kb… .3gp, .m4v, .mov etc. CAn it be managed for free or not please give me a final answer on the topic straight clear.
