  Hi
  I’m trying to add a video header to my site and it tells me that ‘YOU’RE PROBABLY OFFLINE’ when I’m not. I also tried to add the video as a cover and the same error message comes up. I did the cover on past sites and never had a problem so not sure what’s the problem with this one.

  Thanks for reaching out!

  Which post, page or template are you looking to get the video added? The reason why I ask is because when I look at the sites template, I can see that the video has been added.

  We could look to try and replicate what you’re experiencing there.
