video header not displayed in mobile

My client would like the video header used in the desktop version to also display in the mobile version. Currently, the frameshot from the video displays. How do I accomplish this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @heathermlsna5
I have opened your website both on desktop and mobile device and I couldn’t see any issues. The video header plays smoothly both on desktop and mobile device.
If you could provide us with a screenshot of the issue you are seeing on mobile device version that would be very helpful for us to give you the help you need to fix it.
Bests,

It seems to work fine using the Chrome browser on Google Pixel, but the video is not responsive on Iphone with Safari.

Hello @heathermlsna5
When you use Safari on IOS device, do you see play button on the video’s thumbnail as it is shown on the screenshot below?

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. And the Pique theme you’re using does not have built-in support for video headers.
The video you have on your front page is a video embedded via a video block on the front page of the site. That is not the same thing as a video header, and has nothing to do with your theme.
For help with the open source WordPress software you’re using on your site, please post in the WordPress.org forums instead:

That said, the problem here is most likely uneven browser support for HTML5 video in mobile browser – most mobile browsers don’t support HTML5 video, meaning they simply cannot play videos embedded in that way. That’s why themes that do offer video headers or backgrounds usually allow you to upload a fallback image to display on mobile devices instead.
This shouldn’t affect regular embedded videos as far as I know, but I could be wrong.
